Instructions:

1. Stick the main unit on the magnetic buckle on the front of the massage sticker (the magnetic buckle has a strong suction force, and it will be automatically buckled after alignment)

2. Tear off the protective sheet of the massage sticker and stick it on the part that needs to be massaged;

3. Press the "+" key of the host to turn on;

4. Press the "M" key to switch modes, there are 8 massage modes in total, each time the mode is switched, the default is 1 gear strength, and the corresponding indicator light is on;

5. Press "+" "-" to adjust the intensity of the mode, a total of 1-18 levels of intensity adjustment;

6. Press the "-" key of the main unit to 0 gear and then shut down;

Note: Hydrogel stickers are consumables, not washable, not exposed to the sun, and should be placed in a cool place.

How to replace the hydrogel patch:

(1) Tear off the old hydrogel that needs to be replaced

(2) Open the hydrogel package, a pack of 2 sheets, the hydrogel has 2 sides of the film, tear one side first, find the position to be replaced, align and paste it, and press to ensure that the hydrogel is fixed;

(3) Tear off the other layer and use it normally.
